"My home redecorating project is now complete with my rugs being installed this past Saturday by Airbase Carpet Mart.  Mark Lussier really did a nice job with the installation and was great moving the furniture...he actually turned my dresser on its side to move it to another room and when I saw it I panicked because the top drawer had some loose powder make up in it.  I envisioned a mess, but Mark had removed that one drawer.  The tile was installed by Art Craft Tile and that looks great.  They commented on the tile and I told them that Airbase Carpet Mart had a great selection.  The Smart Strand feels great under foot and does not seem to have that strong "new carpet" odor that I remember carpet having years ago.  Maybe I have been living in DE too long and I have clogged sinuses."

We were at the point where our builder told us to start picking out the back splash. We came to your store on 5th ST. in Reading PA (Reading Carpet Mart) and I asked a woman (Lori Rhoads) for some info on the tiles. She couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. I purchased carpet for my entire house. Not only did I enjoy dealing with, Frank Litnak, but Susan, and Mel at the desk, as well. The gentleman who came out to do the measurement, I believe his name was, Frank, was also quite pleasant to interact with. Everyone behaved in a professional, yet personable, and friendly manner. However, working with all the folks at your store, was the easiest, low stress part of the whole ordeal. I could not write without mentioning, Rich Mixon, and his crew, who did the actual installation. They were totally awesome! I couldn't ask for anything more. Unfortunately,my mother dealt with one of your competitors in the area several times since we owned the house, and on more then one occasion, I have had serious complaints about the installation. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Rich, from beginning to end!
